Coordinating MEPF design consultant in conjunction with Atkins for the development from concept to final construction documentation from an integrated 3D model.

Davao Commercial Development
Forsspac provided MEPF Design services for the Davao Commercial Development, a two-storey retail and lifestyle destination along Agusan National Highway.
The 15,983 sqm development features a mix of international and local brands, complemented by diverse dining, service, and leisure options in a vibrant outdoor setting.
Asian Terminals Manila Port Area and Batangas Port Area
Forsspac was engaged by Asian Terminals Incorporated to provide MEPF Design Services. This Included the supply of manpower and instruments for the technical assessment of ATI’s electrical infrastructure at South Harbor in Manila and Batangas Port.
The scope focused on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the port facilities’ electrical systems
Chek Lap Kok Terminal Building
Forsspac provided MEPF Services Coordination and Structural Drawings Production for the Chek Lap Kok Terminal Building in Hong Kong.
Situated on a 1,255-hectare man-made island, Chek Lap Kok is one of the world’s largest and most advanced airports, constructed through extensive land reclamation to accommodate Hong Kong’s premier international gateway.
