Forsspac was engaged by SM Prime Inc. to manage the Testing and Commissioning of the Mechanical System for IKEA Manila, the world’s largest IKEA store located in the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
The scope involved implementing IKEA’s codes and standards to ensure system performance and compliance.
Clark International Airport
Forsspac was engaged by Luzon International Premier Airport Development as Testing and Commissioning Manager for the new Clark International Airport Terminal in Pampanga.
The scope covered managing and witnessing the testing and commissioning of the MEPF systems, including pre-acceptance and acceptance testing.
City of Dreams (Manila)
Hotel, casino, retail and entertainment complex of 300,000sqm.
Forsspac provide full on site Testing & Commissioning of all MEP systems including IT.
Solaire
Hotel, casino, retail and entertainment complex of 270,000sqm
Forsspac provide full on site Testing & Commissioning of all MEP systems including IT for both phase 1 and 1a.
Bohol Airport
New Bohol Airport international airport designed to handle the increasing passenger influx to Panglao’s developing tropical destination resorts.
Forsspac is providing testing, adjusting, and balancing services for this project.
PNB Macapagal
Forsspac was engaged by PNB Holdings Corp. as As-Built Production Contractor for the redevelopment of PNB Makati and PNB Financial Center in Pasay.
The scope covered production of as-built drawings and circuit verification for the buildings’ MEPF systems.
Both projects were successfully completed, with signed and sealed deliverables.
110 Benavidez
Forsspac provided Testing and Commissioning Management services for 110 Benavidez, a 31-storey condominium in Makati City by Keyland Legaspi Village Land Properties Inc.
The scope covered managing and witnessing the testing and commissioning of the MEPF systems, including pre-acceptance and acceptance testing.
The British School Manila
The British School Manila is a private, non-profit international school offering British and IB education (ages 3–18). Forsspac was engaged to oversee the Electrical system during their big events and support their Electrical workload during the night occasions.
Forsspac also provided technical assessment and has evaluated the water flow inconsistency of Booster pumps of the school.
Mpire Center
Mpire Center, located at West Avenue Quezon City is a 11-storey office building with one (1) basement, penthouse and pool deck having a lot area of 1,689.81 square meters and with a relatively flat terrain.
Forsspac commissioned all systems involved in the project including LEED system requirements: Mechanical Ventilation and Air-conditioning System, Electrical Distribution System, Lighting Control System, Water Distribution System.
Wynn Palace (Macau)
Wynn Palace Macau is a hotel resort casino development honoured with eight Forbes 5-star awards for its exceptional hospitality, fine dining and lavish spa.
Forsspac provided QA/QC services for the MEP building services installations.
MPTS Headquarters Building
A four-storey building with a gross floor area of 5,135 sq.m. It is designed to be the center of activity for all current and future concessions of MPT South.

Forsspac engaged as a BERDE Commissioning Agent for MEPF Systems and services.
