Dubai Airport
Working for Thermo LLC our scope of work was to undertake the MEPF services coordination.
Target capacity for the airport was 70 million passengers per annum.


Chek Lap Kok Terminal Building
Forsspac provided MEPF Services Coordination and Structural Drawings Production for the Chek Lap Kok Terminal Building in Hong Kong.
Situated on a 1,255-hectare man-made island, Chek Lap Kok is one of the world’s largest and most advanced airports, constructed through extensive land reclamation to accommodate Hong Kong’s premier international gateway.
Container Ports
Forsspac was retained by Asian Terminals to make a study of their terminals in Manila and Batangas.
The brief was to produce an electrical infrastructure redevelopment plan with a 25 year life.


West Kowloon Terminus
Forsspac was commissioned to provide Architectural Shop Drawings Production and Building Information Modeling services for the West Kowloon Terminus in Hong Kong.
Constructed by MTR Corporation, the terminus forms part of the Guangzhou–Shenzhen–Hong Kong Express Rail Link, connecting Hong Kong to mainland China through a dedicated tunnel.
Kowloon-Canton Railway
MEP Services coordination and change management covering 5 stations having a total ara of 3.3 million sqm.
Working for AMEC


Power Plant
Leighton engaged the services of Forsspac to provide full Architectural & Engineeing Design services for the power plant’s technical and non-technical buildings which consisted of seven non-technical buildings and fourteen technical buildings.
Tung Chung Station
Forsspac was engaged to undertake the MEP services coordination for this end of line station in Hong Kong.


GGLC master plan
Re-Bar
John Holland engaged Forsspac to undertake re-bar and form modelling in sufficient detail to facilitate the production of bending bar schedules suitable for the selected re-bar fabrication contractor.
