Founded in 1988 and based in Manila since 1996, Forsspac has evolved from 2D drafting support into a full digital engineering partner for international AEC clients.
Over three decades we have added testing and commissioning (2000) and full MEPF design (2010), giving us a rare perspective: we understand both the modelling side and the realities of construction, handover, and operations.

OUR SERVICES
3D AND BIM MODELLING (LOD100–LOD500)
We create coordinated MEP, architectural, and structural models aligned with your BIM Execution Plan and Common Data Environment (CDE).
Our teams can start with you from pre-concept design and develop through to construction detail, then deliver LOD500 as-built models when required.
The result is coordinated, clash-free, construction-ready information.
MEP COORDINATION AND CLASH DETECTION
We detect and resolve clashes early to reduce RFIs and rework.
We work for project owners, engineers, architects, and contractors, we are skilled at balancing design intent with buildability across ceiling spaces, plant rooms, risers, and builder’s work.
SHOP DRAWINGS AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT
Forsspac collaborates directly with contractors to produce installation-ready outputs such as ISD, CSD, and CBWD drawings.
This hands-on capability differentiates us from large consultancies that typically stop at design intent.
HOW WE WORK
We integrate closely with client project managers and discipline leads, adopting their standards into our guideline manuals and operating under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
Day-to-day communication is maintained through shared cloud platforms such as BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Revizto, and Microsoft Teams and others to ensure visibility and coordination.
Our dedicated teams model gives each client their own exclusive Forsspac team working only on their projects.
This approach protects knowledge, speeds onboarding for future work, and provides a clear commercial advantage.
TECHNOLOGY AND EXPERIENCE
Forsspac operates in a fully cloud-enabled environment using Revit, AutoCAD & AutoCAD LT, Revizto, dRofus, Dynamo, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, and Azure-based services.
We have delivered BIM on projects ranging from 500 sqm to over 216,000 sqm, including hospitality, casinos, residential towers, industrial facilities, ports, and healthcare developments.
