Forsspac is a global design and digital engineering partner specialising in BIM and MEP design services for the built environment.
Founded in 1988 and now based in Manila, we have grown into a trusted design delivery company serving clients across Asia, Australia, the Middle East, UK, USA and beyond.
Our purpose is to integrate knowledge, technology, and collaboration to help our partners design smarter and build better. With more than three decades of experience, Forsspac supports property developers, design consultants, and contractors on projects ranging from data centres, casino destinations, high-rise towers, office space, mixed use, shopping malls, F&B outlets, resorts to transport systems and hospitals.

WHAT WE DO
Forsspac delivers focused BIM and MEP design services built on digital accuracy and integrated teamwork.
MEP AND MEPF DESIGN
From concept through to construction documentation, we deliver mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, BMS and IT systems that are coordinated, efficient, and compliant.
Our engineers work directly with architects and structural teams to ensure every design aligns with performance goals and local standards
BIM AND 3D COORDINATION
Our BIM specialists create detailed, clash-free models using Revit, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revizto and Dynamo.
We develop models from LOD 100 to 500, supporting smooth coordination, constructability, and clear communication across disciplines.

TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION
Technology drives everything we do.
Our secure cloud infrastructure, built on Azure, enables real-time access and collaboration for global teams.
We primarily use Autodesk Revit (AEC package), AutoCAD LT and Dynamo for design automation, BIM 360 or Projectwise for coordination, we also use many customer specified platforms.
We’re also embracing AI-assisted design, rule-based automation, and data-driven management to deliver projects faster, smarter, and with greater precision. For us, innovation isn’t about trends it’s about making design simpler, clearer, and more reliable for our clients.
