LEED Commissioning (Enhanced)
Forsspac scope is LEED Commissioning Agent for One Vertis Plaza, a 43-storey premier corporate tower by Ayala Land Inc. in Vertis North, Quezon City. The project, with 126,507 sqm CFA, aims to achieve LEED v4 Gold Certification and was completed in March 2025.
Solaire North
MEP Design & LOD350
Forsspac was engaged pre-concept to help with mass space planning. The engagement continued through all design stages to construction documentation expressed in an LOD350 Revit model. Hotel, retail and casino complex 216,000sqm.

Equipment Performance - Air Conditioning System
Forsspac scope is Equipment Performance Testing for the Air Conditioning System of the Samsung Performing Arts Theater, a world-class performance venue in Makati City by Ayala Land Inc. The scope included commissioning and performance verification to ensure efficiency, reliability, and indoor air quality.
