Phil Thoburn, CEO of Forsspac Global, forged his career through front-line roles across Asia and the Middle East since arriving in Hong Kong in 1988.
Phil delivered high-profile projects including the iconic Bank of China in Hong Kong and Taipei’s Far Eastern Plaza early on.
In 1996 he founded Forsspac’s Engineering and Management operations in Manila, followed by pioneering Testing & Commissioning services in the Philippines from 2001. Embracing 3D/BIM technology in 2007 marked the next step in his evolution following which Phil realised a long-term ambition, leading Forsspac into Building Services design in 2010.
Today, aligning closely with newly-appointed Director Mark Cummins, Phil drives Forsspac’s direction towards integrated end-to-end Design, Engineering, BIM and Facility-Management services focused on innovation, sustainability and client value. Together they lead the company’s global ambition, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically excellent, digitally integrated solutions backed by integrity and trust.

Robert brings a wealth of commercial and technical expertise to Forsspac, combining strong foundations in engineering with extensive experience across finance, sales and marketing.
His broad industry background spanning automotive, medical devices, general manufacturing, construction and corporate restructuring enables him to take a pragmatic and results-driven approach to business growth.

Elisa heads the Support Group that comprise the HR, Admin, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality Management System and IT departments.

Rey has more than 20 years of experience in the field of planning and Architecture.
Experienced in preparation of schematic and detailed architectural and engineering design, landscape, Interior design, technical specifications and cost estimates.
Rey is also responsible for contract administration and project management.

Ross has nearly 30 years experience in MEPF engineering and construction of which more that 9 years have been spent in running T&C projects.
Whilst working overseas in Dubai, Singapore and Saudi Arabia Ross continued to develop his very significant technical and site skills that our customers now benefit from.

Brent has nearly 30 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the Engineering and Construction Industry recruiting high quality candidates from around Australia, New Zealand, the Asia Pacific Region, Middle East, and Europe, for Contractors, Consultants, EPCM and O & M clients.
Though his many industry contacts, he has successfully introduced Forsspac to the Australian Marketplace working on major infrastructure and significant projects including Steve Irwin Highway, Brisbane Metro, Western Sydney Airport, Western Harbour Tunnel, Perth Metro, Waldorf Hotel Sydney, and the New Adelaide Football Oval amongst many more.
Clients in Australia now recognise the value and cost savings to be made on a project by working in conjunction with the Forsspac team to successfully implement and close out 2D, 3D and 12D CAD support.
