Phil Thoburn
CEO

Phil has gained his spurs the hard way. His experience and skills are founded in the many projects that he has worked on since first arriving in 1988. Starting with the bank of China building in Central, Hong Kong he then moved on to Taipei to work on the Far Eastern Plaza complex since when he has worked on a number of large and complex developments in South East Asia and the Middle East.
In 1996 he was instrumental in starting the Manila operation focusing initially on 2D CSD work and the provision of technical and management services for a wide range of Philippine and International clients. Starting in 2007, 3D/BIM technology was embraced as a natural part of driving forward a leading edge technology company.
Phil has also been instrumental in professionalising the provision of Testing and Commissioning services in the Philippines starting in 2002 when the gap in the market became apparent.
Working with the Forsspac team, Phil drives the creation of new offerings in integrated multidisciplinary design and technical facility management services, driving towards his goal of creating end-to-end solutions that deliver excellent ROI and balanced value to our customers.

Robert Thoburn

Robert comes to Forsspac with a wide range of solid business skills in finance, sales & marketing.
Having an engineering background Robert is well placed to further develop the services of Forsspac and build brand awareness/value.
Robert has gained his experience having worked in a variety of different industries including automotive, medical devices, general manufacturing, construction and corporate restructuring.
In his VP role at Forsspac his experience and skills compliment those of Phil Thoburn.

Elisa Sotelo Thoburn

Elisa heads the Support Group that comprise the HR, Admin, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality Management System and IT departments.
Backed with many years of experience, Elisa has proven expertise in leading a vital part of the organization which is the Support Services.
She drives her department to be pro-active, consistent and efficient in providing the highest quality of services to Forsspac and its clients.

Rey has more than 20 years of experience in the field of planning and Architecture.
Experienced in preparation of schematic and detailed architectural and engineering design, landscape, Interior design, technical specifications and cost estimates.
Rey is also responsible for contract administration and project management.

Noel Baquilod
MEP Manager
Noel has 25 years combined experience in Mechanical Engineering Design and Project Management both local (Philippines) and international (Qatar and KSA).
He specialized in HVAC Systems Design and construction having emphasis on Innovative and sustainable design utilizing current technologies.

Ross Dimaguila

Ross has nearly 30 years experience in MEPF engineering and construction of which more that 9 years have been spent in running T&C projects.
Whilst working overseas in Dubai, Singapore and Saudi Arabia Ross continued to develop his very significant technical and site skills that our customers now benefit from.

Brent has nearly 30 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the Engineering and Construction Industry recruiting high quality candidates from around Australia, New Zealand, the Asia Pacific Region, Middle East, and Europe, for Contractors, Consultants, EPCM and O & M clients.
Though his many industry contacts, he is introducing Forsspac to the Australian and New Zealand marketplace.

Keith Brockley
Group Non-Executive Director
Keith has known the MEPF industry for almost 50 years starting out in the 1960’s, when it was simply M&E Engineering and/or Building Services. First draughting on the traditional 2D drawing board (Antiquarian and Double Elephant size amongst others, i.e. big) and then the first-generation CAD and 3D. He has been involved in probably every type of building project, from a 3 bed semi-detached house, through high rise offices, schools, hospitals, huge industrial estates, to full motorway lighting and signaling systems.
He specialised in MV/HV and also in contract trouble shooting, leading to full corporate trouble shooting roles.
He would be the first to admit that modern cutting-edge CAD and 3D systems, as employed throughout Forsspac for over 20 years, are both light years away from where he started in the industry. But, at the same time now an indispensable and somewhat almost unimaginable tool to the modern Engineers and Architects, putting Forsspac at the avant-garde world of MEPF design.
Keith is delighted to lead the Forsspac International Sales Team and take them through the current incredible innovative time and on to new horizons.

Wynne’s professional experience in the architecture, design and construction industries spans over 20 years.
With a degree in Architecture, Wynne is also an informed advocate of sustainable design & practices within construction.
Wynne comes to Forsspac in the leading role of business development manager focused on the architectural and design consultancy sectors with excellent sales & marketing, project coordination and client management skills. Plus a long history of successfully delivering international projects.
