When we talk about workplace safety, most people think of helmets, safety gear, and avoiding accidents. But at Forsspac, we believe true safety goes beyond the physical. It includes protecting the mental and emotional well-being of our people.

The Hidden Challenges We Face
Behind the deadlines and project schedules, our people sometimes carry invisible burdens. We know that balancing responsibilities and meeting goals can sometimes be challenging, which is why we’re committed to creating an environment where everyone feels supported and encouraged to take care of their well-being.
At Forsspac, we acknowledge these realities and are taking active steps to ensure no one faces them alone. We understand why mental health cannot be ignored and why we must continue creating a workplace where openness and empathy are part of everyday life.
Turning Awareness into Action
To address these challenges, we are building a culture where wellness is not an afterthought but part of how we work.
Our wellness sessions and awareness campaigns are opening conversations that were once difficult to start. Counselling support and access to partner professionals are available, while supervisors are being trained to lead with empathy and recognize early signs of stress.
Small but meaningful practices such as respecting off-duty hours, encouraging wellness breaks, and holding peer check-ins are helping us create an environment where employees feel valued not only for what they do but for who they are.
