One of the Philippines’ largest banks, Banco De Oro (BDO) Unibank Incorporated, receives a LEED gold certification for the BDO Ortigas Tower located at ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City.
Forsspac provided third party CxA services for energy optimization, enhanced commissioning, measurement and verification in addition to the fundamental requirements.
The BDO Ortigas Tower, a 47-storey building designed to the international grade-A standard and has a total CFA of circa 72,146 sqm, achieved the gold status after accomplishing the required energy performance and prerequisite criteria for the LEED certification set by the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (USGBC).
BDO Tower provides retail, amenities, entertainment, and F&B within the development. The building itself sits on top of the existing upscale Podium Mall. The project will be comprised of a multi-level mall with basement parking levels and the office tower. This presents a unique experience and office facilities with the best available features in sustainable design and operations.
