Filinvest Cyberparks Incorporated achieves LEED silver certification for the Filinvest Cyberzone Pasay Phase 1 Project or known as the Bay City using Forsspac Commissioning Authority Services (CxA). The project is located at Super Block A, Bay City, Pasay, Philippines.
Forsspac provided professional LEED third party commissioning authority services covering fundamental commissioning, measurement, and verification. The CxA process ensured that all MEPF systems were properly tested, and commissioned as intended.
The Bay City achieved silver status after accomplishing the required energy performance and prerequisite criteria for the LEED certification set by the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (USGBC).
The Filinvest Cyberzone is an upcoming mixed-use project comprising of four (4) buildings. The project, which provides prime office spaces for the growing BPO and IT-related industries, has a total CFA of circa 64,684 sq.m. and has nine (9) storeys.
