We are pleased to highlight four testing and commissioning management contracts awarded to Forsspac by Filinvest Land Inc.
Having been appointed to us, Forsspac will ensure that their projects adapt well-designed, functional, and energy efficient systems which are economical to operate and maintain in addition to complying with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and/or Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) requirements.
Botanika Nature Residences Tower 1, a medium rise residential complex is the first project Forsspac acquired from Filinvest, certified to comply with prerequisite standards set by PHILGBC Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE).
Three months later two more projects involving LEED Commissioning were awarded, namely Vector Three, a BPO Office development located in Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest City, Alabang Muntinlupa City, and Cyberzone Pasay Phase 1, a mixed use development located in Pasay City.
The latest signed contract also involving LEED Commissioing is the Megablock Phase 1 Tower, a major ongoing mixed-use office and retail development project situated in Filinvest City Alabang, Muntinlupa.
