Forsspac is pleased to announce that it has just completed a series of contracts on City of Dreams (COD) Manila, a major hotel, resort and gaming complex. Originally engaged for T&C Management other contracts executed include:
Site wide temporary electrical supply
F&B HVAC systems
Site wide air exhaust system
Built on a 6.2Ha site this resort has a total floor area of 102,400sqm and consists of six hotel towers with 950 rooms, which include a Nobu Hotel, Crown Towers and a Hyatt Hotel. It has 365 gaming tables, 1,680 slot machines and 1,680 electronic table games.
A unique feature of the casino resort is the iconic dome-like structure called Fortune Egg which houses two international nightclubs namely, Chaos and Pangaea. It also contains a 60,000+ sq.m. shopping mall.
To keep the children happy whilst parents play there is a separate area called DreamPlay built in collaboration with DreamWorks Animation.
