Forsspac, a world leading architectural and engineering services provider, has been engaged to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection (MEPF) Design Services to the country’s solar powered community developer Imperial Homes Corporation (IHC). IHC engaged the professional services of Forsspac to undertake the MEPF design of the Philippines’ First Solar Powered Condo Villas in Silang Cavite. The solar powered community project has a 3-storey garden villa complex with an area of 4.4 hectares.
At Forsspac, each MEPF design discipline strives to match the industry’s standardized design criteria by balancing compliance with recognized codes and standards (LEED, BERDE, National Building Code of the Philippines) and economizing project budget. To ensure design coordination, the company provides both 2D and 3D drafting & modeling deliverables, the latter of which is accomplished through the utilization of BIM/CAD software.
