Forsspac underwent the external assessment to ISO 9001:2015 on 27 March 2017 and is now proud to celebrate receipt of the certificate from the AJA Registrars.
Robert Thoburn thanked AJA for their support in helping Forsspac to make the transition to the new risk based ISO 9001 standard aimed at requiring companies to develop and implement strategies that assure the long-term stability and sustainability of the company.
In making the transition Forsspac implemented a revised quality manual, enhanced management reviews and an outward looking risk based analysis process. Along the way Forsspac was able to retain the majority of the proven operating procedures with minimal change which is significant as it reduces the possibly operational issues to arise during this period of change.
