Forsspac, the appointed coordinating MEPF Consultant of Widus Hotel and Casino, has participated in the recent ground-breaking ceremony of Widus Tower Four at Clark Pampanga, Philippines.
Forsspac provides MEPF design consultancy and TAB services to Widus Hotel and Casino, working with Tenman Project Management Group and Atkins, the coordinating architect.
The Widus Tower Four is the first fully integrated resort north of Manila, rising on circa 20,000 sqm land area and circa 124,000 sqm gross floor area beside the soon-to-open Marriott Hotel Clark. The Widus Tower Four expansion project has an estimated value of USD 300 million. The Tower Four will complement the existing Widus Phase One properties: Tower One, Tower Two, and Marriott Clark.
The ground-breaking ceremony was led by Widus Philippines Inc. President and CEO Daesik Han and had special guests; Widus General Manager Tarek Aouini, Tenman HK Limited Executive Director Nick Boekel, PAGCOR President and COO Alfredo Lim, PAGCOR Chairman and CEO Andrea Domingo, Asia United Bank President and CEO Abraham Co, Widus AVP for Corporate Planning and Development Neki Liwanag, CDC President Noel Manankil and Angeles City Vice Mayor Bryan Matthew Nepomuceno.
Upon its completion, the project is expected to dramatically increase its employment through creating over a thousand job opportunities by 2022.
