Industry leader in MEPF design thinking, Forsspac, provides Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design or LEED 3rd Party Commissioning Authority Services (CxA) to Griffinstone Incorporated for the One Griffinstone BPO Building Project.
One Griffinstone is a seventeen (17) storey commercial building including a six (6) level parking basement. The building has a total gross floor area of 25, 452 sqm and is located at Commerce Avenue Corner Spectrum Midway, Filinvest City, Alabang, Philippines.
The building is to be fitted with the next generation of broadband infrastructure to enhance the experience of the building users.
Services provided by Forsspac include fundamental commissioning activities, re-calibration of the energy base model, report on actual energy savings, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Forsspac will use its proprietary methods of working which includes the use of our Integrated System Turn Over process to help to deliver this project on time.
Expected date completion is tentatively set on July 2017.
