M Moser receives LEED Certification

Forsspac Commissioning Authority (CxA) team worked hard for this latest accreditation from USGBC, well done team! Third award this month!!

M Moser Office is a professional administrative office located at Level 4, LV Locsin Building, 6752 Makati Ave, Manila.

The office consists of receiving area / informal discussion seating, Dry and wet pantry, Materials Workshop and Utility, Meeting and quiet rooms, IT room, Mother’s room, phone booth, storage area and Open work area.

The project achieved a green building rating of LEED for Interior Design and Construction v4 Silver certification from USGBC.
