New training Centre of Excellence, Cavite
The Center of Excellence will be a campus for the training of employees hired from the Philippines located at Imus, Cavite, Philippines.
The campus will comprise of the following structures Administration and training building (3 floors + roof deck), Permanent housing for officers (2 floors + roof), Dormitory for staff (4 floors + roof deck), Virlanie orphanage (2 floors + roof), plus a number of other ancilliary buildings. In total a GFA of circa 20,300m2.
The Forsspac scope of work is for the Mechanical, Electrical, Auxiliaries, Plumbing and Fire protection. In summary, ACMV system, Electrical system, ELV and auxiliary systems, Plumbing & Drainage system and Fire protection system.
