One Paseo Project is a 19-storey office building, strategically located along 1604 Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Ave, Pasig City. It houses ten commercial establishments from 7th Floor to 17th Floor with seven parking floors from Basement 3 to 5th Floor
The One Paseo Project has a total Gross Floor Area of 23,201sqm. strategically located in Arcovia City, a 12.3-hectare mixed-use township located by the Marikina River east of Ortigas Center.
The project achieved a green building rating of LEED for Core and Shell V3 Gold certification administered by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
Forsspac was engaged by Megaworld Corporation to provide LEED CxA under the US Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Version 3 Core and Shell rating system in accordance with LEED requirements for Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning.
