Forsspac is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the T&C Management contract for the Manila Bay Resorts project by Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment Inc.
This project was won against strong competition and therefore speaks well of our capabilities as an international T&C / MEPF professional services provider.
Manila Bay Resort is located within Bagong Nayong-Pilipino Entertainment City, Metro Manila. This 45 hectare development comprises two 5-star hotels with 1,000 keys, casino zones, retail, restaurants, executive club, beach club, nightclub and spas with a total GFA of 540,000 sqm.
Within the complex there are some world class architectural features including a central Glass Corridor built around a large water feature offering spectacular water shows. Plus a landmark 100 meter diameter Glass Dome right on the Manila Bay water-front which will house an indoor beach club, all-weather pool and nightclub.
The project’s golden exterior was inspired by Manila Bay’s sunset which turns the bay gold and is said to be one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world.
