Forsspac is proud to announce the appointment of Mark Cummins as Director – Business Development and Operations.

Mark brings over 30 years of global experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
Recognised for his commitment to technical excellence, innovation, and building strong client relationships, he has led the design and delivery of major international projects including;
Red Sea Global’s ultra-luxury resort at Laheq Island in KSA,
The redevelopment of Deira City Centre in Dubai, UAE,
The Vattanac Smart Eco City in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
His professional passions of project delivery, sustainability, and digital technology align closely with Forsspac’s vision of building trust and delivering excellence.
Mark’s focus will initially be for projects within the Middle East. However, he will also be branching out by working with two of our other Business Development Managers for Australia, Wynne Pineda and Brent Persico. Plus, Phil Thoburn for the Philippines and wider Asian regions.
In his role, he will drive the company’s growth as a leading global provider of engineering, architectural, testing & commissioning, and BIM solutions.
Furthermore, Mark will provide strategic leadership and direction for the MEP Building Services team, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest technical standards while exceeding client expectations.
